Refund Policy


An administration fee of $100 will be charged for all refund requests. This administration fee includes costs incurred by GGHA in preparation for the upcoming season and is a recoupment of costs paid out by GGHA before the season starts. The administration fee is non-negotiable and will not be waived for any circumstance.

For those players wishing to cancel their registration, the following will be applied and are all less administration fee.

*75% refund prior to Sept 30th, 2026

*50% refund prior to Oct 31st, 2026

*Refund requests due to medical issues (with doctors note only) will be reviewed by the GGHA executive for approval.

In order to qualify for early bird pricing, GGHA must receive a min. $200 deposit before June 15th, 2026 .

Full season payment must be completed by Aug 15, 2026

**NO PLAYER WILL BE ADDED TO A ROSTER UNTIL PAYMENT IS COMPLETED**
