RMMSA REFUND POLICY

Refund policy - all full or partial refunds will be issued on an individual basis.  

There will be no refunds issued after May 1.

 

House refund policy - for fees paid to RMMSA.

Up to April 1 - full refund less admin fee.

April 2 - April 30 - 50% refund (RMMSA portion only) less admin fee. 

May 1 - no refund (except in special circumstances.  For example medical reasons)

All fees paid to Softball BC must be taken up with Softball BC, not RMMSA

 

 

Rep Refund policy - For fees paid to RMMSA 

Up to 30 days from the day that registration opens - full refund less $25 admin fee

30 - 60 days from the day that registration opens - 50% refund less $25 admin fee

60 + days from the day that registration opens - no refund

All fees paid to Softball BC must be taken up with Softball BC, not RMMSA
