Refund Policy


Refund Eligibility:
  • If we are unable to find a suitable team for a player within our club or Kings County, we will issue a full refund.
  • Refunds will be granted upon request if a parent/guardian submits the request before the season officially starts.
 Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, parents/guardians must submit a written request via email. Email as follows morellstrikerssc@gmail.com
  • All requests should include the player’s full name, team (if applicable), and proof of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within time frame, 14 business days of receiving the request.
 Exclusions:
  • No refunds will be issued after the season has commenced, except in cases where the club cannot fulfill its obligations as outlined above.
  • Additional fees, such as administrative or late registration fees, are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances:
  • Requests due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Method:
  • Refunds will be issued by cheque. Please ensure that we have the correct mailing address,
