GPAC Regular Season

Pro-rated refunds will be provided to any players released from the GPAC program during the tryout process.  These will be refunded within 10 days of the player's release.  

Players remaining in the GPAC program but moved to another team will have their fees transferred to the new team.

Once a player has been selected to a team or appointed to a team, refunds will only be given with a medical certificate or proof of moving from the GPMHA/GPAC boundaries.  The refund will be pro-rated based on the length of time with the team.  

No refunds will be issued after December 31, 2023.

If GPAC is unable to operate due to facility or government restrictions then refunds will be pro-rated based on team fees, ice used and association resources used to date.
