A full refund will be considered up to when teams have been formed. After teams have been selected, a pro-rated refund (less association prepaid fees), while not guaranteed, may be considered if a doctor determines that illness or injury prevents the athlete from continuing to play for the remainder of the season. In this case a doctors note must be provided. Any refund is subject to Board approval.
