Refunds of registration fees before Labour Day (Sept. 4, 2023) will consist of your registration fee minus a $25 processing fee.

Refunds of registration fees after Labour Day will be allowed up until December 1st of each season and will consist of your registration fee minus 25% per month, plus a $25 processing fee.

For example:

• refund June 1-Sept 4 = 100% of registration fee - $25
• refund in Sept after Labour Day = 75% of registration fee - $25
• refund in Oct = 50% of registration fee - $25
• refund in Nov = 25% of registration fee - $25

All cancellation requests must be in writing and to the attention of the Registrar.
