Kelowna Minor Fastball

Player Registration:

• Kelowna Heat Rep Programs - refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• C Level Programs - no refunds will be given after the first game is played except under extenuating circumstances.
• Any refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative/processing fee.

Tournament Registration:

• Notice of 45 days prior to the start of the tournament, refunds will be given minus a $200 administrative fee.
• Notice of less than 45 days prior to the start of the tournament, no refunds will be given. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.
