Edmonton Forza FC will not provide a refund once a player has registered in the program and has been invited to take a spot on one of our teams. Exceptions to this policy will be granted if the child participating has developed a medical reason since accepting a spot on the team that prohibits the child to play. A letter from a medical doctor must be provided to the club in order to obtain the refund. If a player is injured a prorated refund may be issued once the season has ended and a doctors note has been received.
