Applies to RRA and RBC Fees

Refund requests must be received in writing by email to registrar@richmondringette.com 

Withdrawal prior to Sept 1^st - 100% of fees returned, less $25 administration fee

Partial refunds will be issued as follows: 
- Before September 30 - 75%, less $25 administration fee
- October 1 to October 31 - 50%, less $25 administration fee
- No refund after October 31

If Withdrawal is requested due to RRA not being able to form a Team of your gender choice prior to September 30, 100% of fees will be returned.

2026 West Coast Classic

Refund requests must be received in writing by email to registrar@richmondringettte.com

Partial Refunds will be issued as follows:

• Prior to November 1 - Full Refund of registration fee and subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25
• Before November 30 - 50% of registration fee and subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25
• NO refund after November 30

2025 RRA SPRINGETTE

Refund Policy

• More than 14 days before first RRA 2025 Springette ice time - Full Refund
• Less than 14 days before first RRA 2025 Springette ice time - Full Refund and subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $50 that will be deducted from any refund granted
• After first RRA 2025 Springette ice time - No refund
