Prior to stepping on the field, a full refund less a $35 administration fee will apply. Once a player has attended a practice, BCLA insurance fees AND an administration fee of $35 will be deducted from the refund. 

Final dates for player refund requests will be March 30th.

Refunds for medical / injury reasons must be accompanied by a doctor's note and will be considered on a case by case basis.
