Player registrations will only be refunded if the player submits a doctors note to Joseph Busch, Director of Operations. The note must state that the player is unable to participate in the tournament due to a medical condition and it needs to be emailed to joseph@nhac.ca. Also NHAC is not responsible in finding teams for participants, if you register and do not find a team you will not get a refund.
