Our refund policy is the following;

• There will be a $10 administration fee of individuals that have registered and are unable to play and have notified Sherry Ritcey before June 30th, 2025.
• After June 30th the player will be refunded half of the registration if the player is injured or is moving.

Please be aware players have to have a valid reason for a refund after June 30th date.
