Refunds will be given under the following circumstances and at the schedule outlined below. All refunds must be approved by the board of Estevan Youth Soccer before any reimbursement will be given.
1. Refunds requested before the start of the season will be reimbursed in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
2. Refunds requested after the start of the season, before the third week of the season, will be reimbursed at a rate of 50% for registration fees, the remainder will be kept by Estevan Youth Soccer to cover costs of player registration, field rental and equipment. Fundraising fees will not be refunded but participants will be included in any raffles, draws or prizes to be won from the fundraising efforts.
3. Refunds requested after the second week of the season will not be granted and all registration fees will be kept by Estevan Youth Soccer to cover costs of player registration, field rental and equipment. 4. Any refunds due to injury will be submitted and reviewed by the Board of Directors. Estevan Youth Soccer can request for a note verifying the injury and the player's inability to continue throughout the season.
