TCC Baseball Refund Policy
Tuxedo Baseball acknowledges that there are situations where a refund of registration fees is appropriate. However, we need to ensure Tuxedo Community Centre (TCC) does not incur a financial loss because of any fees that have already been paid on behalf of that player. We also need to respect the time invested by our volunteers in managing our registrations, and in creating teams that included that player. In order to provide a fair balance between individual choice and the interests of Tuxedo Baseball, we have established the following refund policy:
1. If a refund is requested before tryouts, and before the start of the baseball season, we will refund the registration fee in full, minus a $25 processing fee.
2. If a refund is requested after tryouts but before the start of the season, we will refund the registration fees minus the tryout fee and a $25 processing fee.
3. On May 1 or the start of the season, whichever comes first, no refunds will be issued.
