Refund Policy


Refund Policy (excluding FUN 1)

All refund requests must be sent to arminscription@hotmail.com.

A member is entitled to a refund of the registration fees paid in the year less $100,
a) If the refund is requested before November 15th, the member will receive 100% of the remaining registration fee paid.
b) If the refund is requested between November 15th and December 31st, the member will receive 50% of the remaining registration fee paid.
c) No refund will be given after December 31st. 

FUN 1 Refund Policy

All refund requests must be sent to arminscription@hotmail.com.

A member is entitled to a refund of the registration fees paid in the year less $50,
a) If the refund is requested before November 15th, the member will receive 100% of the remaining registration fee paid.
b) If the refund is requested between November 15th and December 31st, the member will receive 60% of the remaining registration fee paid.
c) No refund will be given after December 31st. 

 

 

 

*** The committee reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy for new players requesting refunds.
