In the event that a withdrawal from a program is necessary, refunds are possible:

• 100% prior to first floor time (practice)
• 75% within three weeks of the first floor time (practice)

**All refunds are subject to a $50 admin fee**

Refunds throughout the season, due to injury or other exceptional circumstances, are subject to board approval.
