Force Majeure 

HDC will make reasonable efforts to provide programs, tournaments and/or products as per their advertised schedule, however any cancellation due to causes beyond HDC’s control or due to a force majeure event, such causes or events include weather, fire, flood, mechanical breakdowns or malfunctions, acts of God, riot, civil commotion, pandemics, explosions and any kind of industrial action, lockout, labor difficulties, war, shortage of material and interruption of transport, water, electricity, gas and other service issues will result in a future credit for the full cost of the event, program or product, minus all sunk costs.
