SBA REFUND POLICY
Refund of Fees: Refunds for players withdrawing from the program will be paid, upon written application to the Executive Director or President per the policy below.
- Players suspended or expelled for disciplinary reasons shall be ineligible for a refund of fees.
- Credit card payments: If fees are paid by credit card, refunds do NOT include the credit card fee charged.
- Registration fees will be refunded less the $50.00 service fee as follows:

- For players withdrawing as the result of a personal injury or illness, a refund may be provided subject to receipt of a medical certificate from a doctor. Refunds will be prorated on 50% of the fees based upon the number of game/practice weeks remaining in the season. The refund will be effective upon the later of, the receipt of the medical certificate or request for refund due to medical reasons.
