Pickering Ringette Association Registrtion Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund, you are required to complete the Refund Request Form found on our website. Refunds amount granted is based off the timelines set out below.
Note: Refunds will not be granted if the player is currently under suspension and/or if the player is awaiting suspension action by any association (the Ajax-Pickering Ringette Association Discipline Committee, the Ontario Ringette Association, and/or any other association where the player participates in). Date Registration Request Received: Up to September 20 100% of Registration, less $75 to cover insurance and administration fees Up to November 15 50% of Registration, less $75 to cover insurance and administration fees After November 15 No Refunds - except for Season Ending Medical Circumstances. For a Season Ending Medical Circumstance - a supporting medical documentation from a Physician must be provided indicating that the injury is “season ending” for a refund request to be considered after November 15. If approved, the Registration Committee will determine the amount of the refund.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the refund cheque to be processed.
