If the season is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. global health pandemic, act of god), a prorated refund will be issued, based on the following:
- Before games are played: 100% of registration fee minus $15 nonrefundable administration fee.
- After practices/games have started: (# of practices/games remaining /total # of practices/games) * Fee minus 10% administration fee.
There will be no refunds issued for the 2020 Return to Soccer training camps if you withdraw your child. If the camp is cancelled prior to the start date, a refund minus $10 non refundable deposit will be issued. If the camp is cancelled during the session, no refunds will be given.
All withdrawal requests initiated by the player's parent/guardian must be on the Fort Saskatchewan Soccer "Withdrawal and Refund Form". Complete the form online on our website under the Forms menu. Refunds are processed as follows:
Refunds for the outdoor season are made as follows: a) Before March 15 100% of fee minus 10% administration fee b) March 16 to March 31 75% of fee minus 10% administration fee c) April 1 to 30 40% of fee minus 10% administration fee d) After May 1 No refund.
Refunds for the indoor season are made as follows: a) Before September 15 100% of fee minus 10% administration fee b) September 16 to 30 75% of fee minus 10% administration fee c) October 1 to 31 40% of fee minus 10% administration fee d) After November 1 No refund.
