Written refund requests must be received by the registrar (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of registration and must include the following information: Player Name, Parent(s) Name(s), Home Address, Phone Number and Reason for the refund request. All refunds will be subject to a 2.15% credit card fee.
After 48 hrs the initial fee is non-refundable. After March 15 no refunds will be given unless our season is cancelled by AHS restrictions. If it is cancelled any payment or payments that have not been processed will be cancelled.
