Refund Policy 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@hockeyhubyyc.com. 

Credit card fees are non-refundable. 

Camps, Programs and HUB 3v3 

• 30+ days before start - Refund (less $50 admin fee) or credit  

• Less than 30 days before start - No refunds or credits. 

Drop-In Programs & Clinics - Credits only (non-refundable) 

Injury Policy - No refunds

Force Majeure 

Cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, pandemics, etc.) will result in a credit minus any non-recoverable costs.
