From the SCC Constitution and Bylaws, "Any member may withdraw from the SCC at any time by notice to the SCC, but upon withdrawal the member shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees that have been paid."

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases

• The weather was bad all summer
• The member was out of town for work or vacation 
• The member was too busy/forgot to go paddling
• The member broke up with their planned paddling partner
