Player Registration Refund Policy:

• Withdrawal ON or BEFORE September 1, 2026 - Full Refund of paid registration fees, less $25 administration fee
• Withdrawal between September 2, 2026 and November 1, 2026 - Refund of 50% of paid registration fees, less $25 administration fee
• Withdrawal AFTER November 1, 2026 - No refunds will be issued
