Refund requests that are submitted to BMBA 2 weeks prior to commencement of the season, will not be contested. Any refund requests after will be subject to approval of BMBA upon written request for refund including medical report, or proof of relocation on a prorated basis. 

All refunds are subject to a $25.00 admin fee.
