WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY:
All applications for withdrawal must be emailed to:

Refunds will be calculated as follows:

$50 Non-Refundable - Withdrawal PRIOR to Evaluations U11-U18

100% Non-Refundable - Withdrawal AFTER Evaluations U11-U18 (except for documented medical or at the Board's discretion)

$50 Non - Refundable - Withdrawal PRIOR to season begins LTP, U7, and U9

100% Non-Refundable - Withdrawal AFTER season begins LTP, U7 and U9 (except for documented medical or at the board's discretion)

ALL REGISTRATIONS U11 - U18 RECEIVED AFTER JANUARY 15th, 2025, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 LATE REGISTRATION FEE AND RISK REJECTION.  AFTER THIS DATE, PLACEMENT WILL ONLY BE DONE BASED ON AVAILABILITY, PLAYERS WILL BE PUT ON A WAITLIST
 
OUR REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL ONLY ACCEPT VISA AND/OR MASTERCARD AS FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR REGISTRATION.
