In order to withdraw from Spruce Grove Cougars Football a written letter of notification must be presented to the registrar via email (registrar@sdgmfa.com) or can be found on website. No refunds after first game is played (7 day grace period will be given to players registered after first played game). Refunds will be paid by method of payment to person who paid original fees less $100 administration fee once equipment is returned. *Fundraising Commitment Fee will not be refunded **please refer to P&P for any clarification.
