Whitewood Soccer Association Refund Policy

PROCEDURE

Refund requests must be made in writing to the club and will be processed as follows

- Refund requests will be processed within 14 days

- No refunds will be given after June 1st

POLICY

Dates and fees - The Club Executive will set fees and cut off days each season / year

REFUNDS

1) Players who withdraw from the club prior to the cut off date will receive a full refund less a $10 administration fee

2) Players who withdraw AFTER the cut off date but BEFORE the first practice will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees.

3) Players that withdraw AFTER first practice will not receive a refund

4) In the event a player suffers a season ending injury while participating in a Whitewood Soccer sanctioned event , an application for refund may be made in writing ( e mail ) . Refund in this case will be pro rated as follows

Refund base ( Registration fee less Sask soccer fee and Insurance fee )

75% up to May 15

50% up to May 30

25% up to June 1
