Aquatica Synchro Club Refund Policy (regular season recreational and competitive programs*) 

• Full refund if athlete withdraws prior to first class, less a $50 non-refundable fee
• Full refund if athlete withdraws prior to third class, less a $100 non-refundable fee
• No refunds will be issued after the third class, except due to illness or exceptional circumstances
• Refunds will be issued within 21 calendar days Requests for refunds should be made to treasurer@aquaticasynchro.com 

Summer Camp Refund Policy

Due to the limited space available, our refund policy for summer camps is as follows: 

• A full refund, less a $50 non-refundable administration fee, will be given if an athlete cancels at least 15 days prior to the start of the summer camp.
• If an athlete needs to cancel less than 15 days prior to the start of the summer camp due to illness, a medical issue or exceptional circumstances, consideration will only be given for switching to a different week of camp or for a credit towards the upcoming regular season training programs. A formal request, including a doctor’s note if applicable, must be provided for board consideration.
• No refunds or credits will be issued with less than two days notice.
• Missed days during a summer camp will not be refunded or made-up at another date.
• All refunds or credits will be issued after the camp season is over.

If a summer camp needs to be canceled due to facility closure and an alternate location and programming cannot be provided, a full refund will be given.

Pool Closures

There will be instances where a City of Winnipeg pool will need to close. In the case of pre-planned closures, Aquatica Synchro will make every effort to find an alternate pool for practices. Changes in pool location will be communicated to affected families through email. There are times when a pool closure is unforeseen, such as in the case of a pool fouling. Aquatica Synchro does not provide make up classes for missed practices due to unforeseen circumstances.
