VSA Indoor Season Refund Policy - If a player/team is withdrawn -

a) During registration up and until the registration window is closed: 100% Refund.

b) After the registration window has closed but before team placements are created: 75% Refund.

c) After teams are formed but before the player enters the field for either training or game: 50% Refund.

d) After the player has been placed on a team and has participated in an on-field session: 25% Refund

e) After more than 25% of scheduled season games/sessions have been played: No Refund
