BENTLEY MINOR BALL REFUND POLICY

To receive a refund (less any costs incurred by BMB) you must withdraw PRIOR to May Long Weekend. No refunds will be issued, unless in case of injury or a medical condition, after those dates (doctor's note at your own expense is required). Requests must be submitted via email to our President or Vice President. Any refund given for a medical reason or current injury will be registration cost minus any uniforms fees and insurance fees. The remaining balance will be prorated and up to half will be returned to the parent.  If the refund is approved, funds will be mailed to parent or guardian of player. If any refunds are approved and fees were paid by a third party (e.g., KidsPlay, A4K, Jumpstart) those funds will be returned to them, not to parent or guardian.
