A) In order to receive a refund, swimmer (or guardian) must provide a written request which establishes one of the following conditions

     i) unable to swim due to medical conditions for remainder of season and medical documentation is provided

     ii) relocation to a new community

     iii) application for refund under extenuating circumstances not covered in two situations above

B)  If swim session is canceled and out of control of Battlefords Kinsmen Swim Club no refund will be issued and no make up session is guaranteed.  This would include inclement weather, last minute pool cancellations due to the pool infrastructure

C)  Refunds will be subject to maximum 80% refund for requests approved in the first 2 weeks of new sessions, for applications received 15 days or later after a new session the refund (if any) will be determined by the board

D)  All refund request must obtain board approval
