REGISTRATION REFUNDS

Full refunds of normal registration fees will be considered, if the Board receives a written notice before the player steps on the ice for the regular season, sent to president@woodstockwildcats.com.

If refund is requested along with release to another minor hockey association, registration/deposit will not be refunded and remaining registration fees must be paid in full before release is granted. 

Refunds throughout the season may be granted due to injury or other similar reasons and must provide a doctor’s note. If approved, refund may be prorated from the time of request to the end of the season.

Tryout fees are non-refundable. 

All approved refunds will be less a $100 administrative fee. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from time of notification for all refund request to be processed
