Registered players deciding not to play will be issued refunds according to the following policy:

• Hepburn Soccer Association must be notified in writing of the request for withdrawal.
• Any fees already forwarded to VSA and SSA by Hepburn Minor Soccer on behalf of the player will be deducted from all refunds.
• Refunds for medical reasons will be determined on an individual basis by the Executive.
