Refund Policy


Refund Policy
Full Refund may be issued for the following reasons:

  • Program is cancelled by LSA
  • Withdrawal from program before the
    • 1 week before the start of Outdoor season
    • 1 week before the start of Indoor season
  • Medical reasons (must provide doctor's note)
  • Movement out of the LSA district

Non-refundable administration fee: ($50.00)

  • $50 will be deducted from players full fees paid requesting a refund 1 week before the season starts
  • Expenses incurred on behalf of the player, including uniform cost and LSA fees paid, are non-refundable
  • Refunds are pro-rated (minus administration fee)

No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

  • A parent or player disagrees with the player's team or placement. All such decisions are final.
  • Requests
  • Withdrawal from program after season is half over -
    • May 15th for Outdoor season
    • December 31st for Indoor season
