Refund Policy for Annual Registration
- All monies paid will be returned if a player cannot participate due to lack of space/ team viability.
- If a player withdraws from the season before September 15, all but the $60.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be returned.
- If a player withdraws from the hockey season after September 15, all but the $100.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be returned.
- All financial commitments to the team must be met or this cost will be subtracted from refund.
- All equipment and sweaters must be returned or this cost will be subtracted from refund.
- No refunds will be given after November 15.
Refund Policy for All Clinics
- If player withdraws 1 week before first session - 50% refund
- If player withdraws less than a week before first session - no refund
All refund cheques will be issued within 30 days after refund request
