Refund Policy


In the event you need to cancel a registration or your registration is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a credit on your account at Royal City Ball Hockey which may be used for a future booking or registration. The credit will be in the amount of the full fee paid, less any games played at $20 per game.

Adult Team Fee Registration Cancellation

In the event the team that you have registered to play with is Team Fee and you are requesting a refund, your team must find a player to buy you out. Transactions are among the team and not RCBH responsibility.

Adult Individual Player Cancellation

In the event you need to cancel a registration, you may do so before the first game of the season for a full refund. In the event you need to cancel a registration, you may do so before the first game of the season for a full refund. Season refunds are permitted up to and including the 3rd week of the season (Max) to which you will receive a refund less week's played (regardless if you have played those games).

No refund for player suspension or player injury.

Youth Player Cancellation

In the event you need to cancel a registration, you may do so before the first game of the season for a full refund. Season refunds are permitted up to and including the 3rd week of the season (Max) to which you will receive a refund less week's played (regardless if you have played those games).
