Refund Policy


REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE PRESIDENT via email (add email)

Refunds requests will be reviewed based on the following:

Full Refunds

  • If written notice of withdrawal is submitted within 48 hours of payment, prior to participating in any program-related activity to the President via email.
  • If a program is cancelled prior to any program-related activity occurring. If a program is cancelled after it has begun, refunds will be pro-rated at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Partial Refunds

Subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors, and ONLY in extenuating circumstances a pro-rated request may be reviewed for 50% reimbursement of the fees, less an administrative fee of $50.

No Refund

Should a player be dismissed as a result of misconduct, no refund will be provided.
