Refund Policy


 MEMBERSHIP / REGISTRATION FEES REFUND POLICY

  • Once the Fall Assessments have been completed and an athlete has been placed on a Renegades team by the coaching staff, families will have two weeks from the start of season to determine if they wish to continue with the Club. After the two-week period, if the Club has not been notified by the family, it will be implied that the athlete wishes to continue with the Club, at which time, unless there are extenuating circumstances, fees are non-refundable.

  • The Renegades board of directors will review the extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund is warranted.

  • If an athlete determines they will not continue with the Club within the two-week period, registration fees will be refunded, except for AWPA and WPC fees, which are non-refundable.
