Refund Policy


Registration fees are used for the operation of SPMSA which is a non-profit organization. In order to receive a refund of the registration fee, the parent/guardian of a player must submit their request for a refund in writing to the Registrar. No refunds will be processed without a written request.

Registration fees will be refunded in total, minus a withdrawal fee, if requested on or before the registration deadline.  Once the registration has closed no refunds will be issued

Withdrawal fee:  $50 fee will be charged.  

All refunds may take up to 3-6 weeks for processing.

When submitting a refund request, the following information MUST be included:

·Player's full name and division

·Parent/Guardian's name

·Reason for refund request

·Complete mailing address
