Our policy generally allows for refunds before team formation or in the event of a season-ending injury. Requests for refunds must be made before associated costs are incurred and without impacting available spaces in our programs. Refunds are prorated and considered on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and financial responsibility. Deadlines for refund requests, if applicable, will be clearly stated on our website at the time of registration. In instances where an error on our part necessitates a refund, we will address it promptly and responsibly.
