Refund Policy


  • Please choose to opt out of Registration Protection as we have our own internal refund policy:
     
    • Cancellations received before April 23, 2026 will receive a refund less a $10 administration fee to cover credit card transaction costs and processing time.
    • Cancellations received on or between April 23, 2026 and May 4, 2026 will receive a refund less a $30 administration fee to cover transaction costs plus other league fees that DMSA is charged.
    • Requests for refunds after May 4, 2026 will ONLY be considered for medical reasons accompanied by a doctor's note.
       
       
    • Pro-rated refunds for injured players may be given consideration with supporting medical documentation.
    • Refund requests must be made in writing to didsburysoccer@gmail.com
