The North Edmonton Wizards Lacrosse Club (the Club) will refund player registration fees as follows:
Request to refund of player registration fees must be submitted in writing to the Registrar at email@example.com. The Registrar will present the refund requests at the next scheduled Board meeting for approval.
• Refund requests prior to April 1 are subject to a $25.00 Administration Fee
• Refund requests prior to May 15 are subject to a $75.00 Administration Fee
• No refunds will be made after May 15 - NO EXCEPTIONS as rosters are finalized with Alberta Lacrosse.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of Board approval. Payments made by cheque or money order require a minimum of 10 working days after the receipt of the cheque or money order to be considered for approval. Payments originally paid by cash, cheque or money order will be refunded by Club cheque within 30 days of Board approval. Credit card payment refunds will be refunded to the credit card originally used for payment. For more information, please contact our Registrar, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
