The Respect Basketball Senior Squad is a Calgary Club Basketball program for boys and girls U16-U18. Respect Seniors will harness and refine the physical skills of the game and learn the philosophy of the game, skill-appropriate plays & strategies, rules & terminology along with character-building and focus on team camaraderie.

Respect Seniors are guided through the recruitment process for all collegiate levels of play, including ACAC, USport, JUCO, and NCAA. We assist our senior athletes throughout the recruitment process which includes a focus on your education as well as your skill on the court. Respect Basketball has a long list of contacts for all areas of collegiate basketball in both the United States and Canada. Senior travel teams will enter tournaments that showcase their talent in front of recruiters and coaches. We know not all senior athletes are looking to play post-secondary basketball — we support our athletes in whatever direction they choose to follow. Graduating Senior athletes who want to play their final season of club basketball and are looking for less commitment are welcome to evaluate for one of our local teams. We want you to be able to enjoy your final season of club basketball while balancing demanding exam schedules and graduation events.

Spring team evaluations will take place mid-March, after the city high school basketball finals. Please note, we do not cut players from our programs, and we do not charge an additional fee to reevaluate for placement on a Spring team.

The spring basketball season offers competitive game opportunities and will include:

• 2-3 team practices per week
• 3-4 tournaments or league equivalent included (AAU/USA & Canada Options)
• Exhibition games

The Respect Basketball Spring Break Skills Camp is here to provide training to get you ready for your first week of Spring Season Practices. These on-court sessions are designed to be intense and at a maximum pace to take your game to the next level. Our Spring Break Skills Camp will include:
