Our 12U program for athletes aged 10-12 years focuses on building strong fundamentals in both swimming and water polo. Athletes will develop essential skills such as ball handling, passing, shooting, and game awareness in a fun and supportive environment.

Emphasis is placed on technique, teamwork, and confidence in the water. This group is ideal for athletes who are new to water polo or looking to strengthen their foundational skills while enjoying the game.

The 14U program is designed to further develop athletes’ technical skills while introducing more advanced tactics and game strategies. Players will improve their conditioning, positioning, and decision-making in competitive situations.

This group balances skill development with structured gameplay, helping athletes transition from learning the basics to performing in a team-oriented, competitive environment.
